To Apply You Must Be Retired & Living Alone
Would you like to live in your own bungalow but without the worry of maintenance bills?
The trustees can only consider applications from people who meet the following criteria:
- To be single and living alone. (Scarborough Flower Fund Homes are for single occupancy only.)
- We have a strictly no pets policy.
- To be aged a minimum 60 years of age.
- To have lived locally within a 10 mile radius for a minimum of 5 years or to have been born here and now wish to return to live near family who still live here.
